IBAS

Overview

IBAS, Innovative Banking and Attractive Solution, is a mobile banking app for Kosovo. It handles the financial instruments people actually use day to day: transfers, payments, loans and withdrawals, done simply, quickly and securely, with an Apple Watch companion.

My role

I implemented new features and improved existing ones on the iOS app, in constant coordination with the Android, design, backend and management teams so the product stayed consistent across platforms.

Hardest part

Banking features carry a constraint most apps don’t: every flow has to be secure and auditable, and it still has to feel fast to someone paying a bill on their phone in a queue.
